MITT Medallions

Ingredients (serves 4):

2 packages of MITT Medalhões
2 tbsp of olive oil
1 head of garlic, chopped
1 bunch of parsley, chopped
Salt (as needed)
Black-pepper (as needed)

1 bottle of red wine
2 tbsp of olive oil
Black olives (as needed)
Parsley, chopped (as needed)


In a bowl, combine all the marinade ingredients and marinate for 24 hours. After this time, brown the rabbit in olive oil until it gains color. Then add the red wine and let it simmer until the sauce is reduced and thickened. Finish with black olives and chopped parsley.
