1 pack of rabbit ribs
2 cloves of garlic
Juice of 1 lemon
Cayenne Pepper
2 bay leaves
Dry thyme (as needed)
Salt (as needed)


Start by chopping the garlic, then add the remaining ingredients. Then place the ribs in the marinade and stir well. Reserve at room temperature for 30 minutes or in the refrigerator if you plan to cook later.
After absorbing the flavors, drain the ribs on absorbent paper and fry in hot oil until golden.
