MITT Burguer

Ingredients (serves 4):
1 pack of MITT Burguer
8 slices of bacon
Salt and pepper

Ingredients for low-carb broccoli bread
150g raw broccoli
40g buckwheat flour
2 eggs
1 tablespoon of coconut flour
1 coffee spoon of baking powder or baking soda
Sea salt
Optional: pumpkin seeds to decorate

Meat preparation

Season the meat with salt, pepper and aromatic spices, wrap each hamburger in two strips of bacon and place on a tray lined with parchment paper.
Preheat the oven to 200ºC, place the pan in the oven and cook for about 20 minutes.
Place the arranged and seasoned mushrooms in another container lined with parchment paper.

Preparation of bread

Grind broccoli in a food processor.
Mix the remaining ingredients using a fork. With a spoon, place the dough (not malleable) on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and decorate to taste.
Cook for about 10 minutes.
