1 pack of Rabbit Loins
4 white mushrooms
20g of butter
2 tbsp of soy sauce
1 handful of fresh rosemary
4 peeled garlic cloves
1/2 lemon (zest and juice)
1 tablespoon of honey
Salt (as needed)

Ingredients for the puree:
200g of cooked peas
20g of butter
5 mint leaves

Meat preparation

Start by adding chopped garlic, lemon juice and zest, rosemary, honey and salt in a bowl. Leave 2 hours to marinate.
In a hot frying pan place the butter and rabbit loins. Then add the soy sauce and cook for 15 minutes over low heat (you may need to add a little more butter or soy sauce). Finally, as soon as the meat is almost cooked, add the laminated mushrooms.

Preparation of pea puree

Put all the ingredients in a blender cup and grind everything until it is puree.
