MITT Medallions

Ingredients (serves 4):
1 pack of MITT Medallions
2 tbsp of olive oil
1 tablespoon of cider vinegar
1 tablespoon mustard
1 dessert spoon of honey
Sea salt
Small potatoes
Optional: 1 dessert spoon of mustard seeds

Preparation

Wrap the medallions in the spices described and place them on a platter.
À volta destes coloque as batatas inteiras ou cortadas em quartos.
Bake at 180ºC for about 25 minutes or until cooked to taste.

Serve sprinkled with chopped coriander or parsley and serve with salad or cooked vegetables.
