1 pack of MITT Bifanas
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons of margarine
3 cloves of garlic
1 lemon (juice)
Beer or white wine
Black pepper (as needed)
Salt (as needed)
Start by seasoning the bifanas with salt, pepper, and sliced garlic.
In a frying pan, put the margarine, the olive oil, 1 crushed garlic, let it warm up and place the steaks.
After fried, add alcohol and herbs.
Drizzle with lemon juice and they are ready to serve.
