MITT Burguer

Ingredients (serves 4):

4 MITT Burgers
4 hamburger breads
2 red onions
300g of mushrooms, sliced
2 cloves of garlic
50ml of olive oil
8 cherry tomatoes
Salt (as needed)
Grated Parmesan cheese (as needed)
Pink pepper (as needed)

Preparation

Heat 2 pans with a little olive oil. Season the hamburger with salt and cut the onions into thin slices. Put the hamburgers in one of the frying pans (very hot) and let brown.

Then place the onion rings in the other pan (also hot), turning them until caramelized. While, cut the cherry tomatoes in halves and place them in the same frying pan as the onions, seasoning with a little salt. When the onions are caramelized, remove them together with the tomatoes and set aside.

In the same pan add a little more olive oil, add the laminated garlic and let it brown a little. Meanwhile remove the hamburgers. Add the mushrooms to the garlic and wrap, seasoning with salt and pink pepper.

Suggested presentation

Place the caramelized onion at the bottom of the bread, then the hamburgers and then the mushrooms, tomatoes and grated cheese. Cover and it's ready to serve.
