MITT Burguer

Ingredients (serves 4):

4 MITT Burger
4 hamburger breads
200g of fresh spinach
4 cloves of garlic, sliced
4 eggs
50ml of olive oil
Salt (as needed)
Grated Parmesan cheese (as needed)
Mix of 5 peppers (as needed)

Preparation

Put some olive oil in a frying pan, heat it and put the burgers seasoned with salt and the pepper mixture.

In a pan put some olive oil and the laminated garlic. When the oil is very hot add the spinach, cover the pan and let it cook on a low heat. Meanwhile turn the hamburgers over and let it cook. When ready, remove and set aside.

Then put some more olive oil in the frying pan and shine the eggs. Meanwhile stir in the spinach and remove from the heat, keeping them covered. Finally, remove the eggs and place them on top of the hamburgers.

Suggested presentation

At the bottom of the bread place the spinach, then the hamburger with the egg and the grated parmesan. Cover and it's ready to serve.
