MITT Medallions

Ingredients (serves 4):

500g of MITT Medalhões
100g of peeled tomatoes
2 chopped onions
50g of bacon, in thin strips
6 cloves of garlic, chopped
50g of sliced sausage
2dl of white wine
3 poached eggs
3 large potatoes cut into sticks
1 tbsp of oregano
Salt (as needed)
Chili sauce (as needed)

Preparation

Color the medallions in a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil, seasoning with salt. Once sealed, reserve.

In a saucepan, place a drizzle of olive oil, garlic and onion, and sauté for about 2 minutes. Then add the Sausage, the Bacon, let it ring for a few minutes and finally add the tomato. Add the Medallions to the stew and cool with white wine. Cook for about 25 minutes on low heat (if necessary add a little water).

Fry the potato in oil and set aside seasoned with fine salt.

Finally, place the medallions in a bowl over the atomized stew, arrange the potato, egg and oregano.
