MITT Loins

Ingredients (serves 4):

500g of MITT Lombinhos
8 Wraps
2 apples, Granny Smith
4 mint leaves
2 natural yogurts
1 lime
2 avocados
100g of rocket salad
6 cloves of garlic, peeled
Clove (as needed)
Salt (as needed)

Preparation

Start by marinating the tenderloins with a dash of olive oil, some chopped garlic, salt and a few drops of half a lime (for 20 minutes). After marinating, grill the tenderloins (make sure that they don't grill too much). Then to prepare the yogurt sauce mix the natural yogurt with the juice of half a lime, and the chopped mint leaves. Reserve.

Peel the avocado and cut into thin strips, also cut the apple into thin half moons, keeping the skin.

Prepare the wraps according to the instructions on the packaging.

Suggested presentation

Arrange the wrap on a flat plate, then place the previously washed rocket salad. Then place the tenderloin, avocado, apple and cover with the yogurt sauce. Wrap the wrap according to the instructions on the package or so that it is closed.
